It all began with Belle, our Sheltie, and Pepper, our Chihuahua, who inspired our business.
We added another chihuahua to the mix, his name is Bambi, he loves to wear clothes too!
Our necklaces and fashions have been embraced by many pets and their owners.

Since 2005 Belle Pepper Couture has grown. We started with jewelry,
and expanded to dog collars and dog clothing, and now boy dog clothing.
All of our products are designed and made in California, handmade with a great attention to detail.

We are affliated with the San Diego North Park Craft Mafia, a business network of DIY artisan business owners,
we participate in many craft shows (see our calendar for current events),
and make appearances on San Diego's CW6, San Diego Living show doing craft segments

We were featured in the Local News paper, and we have advertised in Dog Fancy as well as Pet Style News.

About our Jewelry:

Design: We designed these necklaces to be very durable. We use 30 LB strength stringing material
and anodized aluminum chain. Note: Our necklaces were not designed to be used as collars or with leashes.

Why czech glass beads: Czech glass beads come in many other colors than the other similar branded crystals.
Depending on the size and design, the cost of our necklaces is significantly less.
Czech fire polished glass beads are beautiful and sparkle just like diamonds
and the other crystal competition. We do use Swarovski crystals on some of the necklaces
in the Hollywood Collection. Note: We use gemstone names to describe the color and texture of our product.
Therefore all beads listed are not gemstones.

Fine materials: We use sterling silver findings, and use a specially designed branded dog bone
for the toggle for most designs. 14k yellow gold findings are available on
a special order basis only. Please call for pricing.

Natural materials: Pets are unique like the colorful shells used in some of our necklaces.
Therefore, not all shells used will have the same design or texture
of the catalog picture. We do however, use shells that have a similar
pattern and texture as pictured.

Special orders: We can do special sizes and special color combinations.
Special orders take 2-3 business weeks. Please call for special pricing.

Sizing: Our standard size for our jewelry is 8". Our size ranges in whole inch increments.
Sizes 6, 7, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16. We suggest ordering a size that would be loose on the neck of the pampered pet.
Example: If the dog's neck is a snug size 8, we suggest ordering the next size up. If the neck is a loose size 8,
we suggest ordering a size 8.

Warranty: We guarantee our product from manufacturer defects for one year
after purchase. All of our jewelry is made to be durable, however
human supervision is suggested. Our neckaces though durable
were not designed to be used as a collar 0r with a leash.
Note: This warranty does not cover any misuse of the product.

Shipping: We use the USPS, FEDEX and UPS for our shipping method.

Boxes: We gift wrap upon request. All of our jewelry comes with a box.
